Whole Steers
  • We will notify you when your live animal is ready for market, has been weighed and has been delivered to the processor.
  • We will then invoice you for the balance of your order, based on the weight of your animal.
  • The meat is then aged at the processor for a minimum of 10 days before cutting. During that time you will be able to contact the processor to provide cutting specifications. 
  • If we haven't already discussed the best delivery/pickup solution for your specific order, we will be reaching out to you shortly to make arrangements.
​Half Steers  /  Quarter Steers
  • We will notify you when your live animal is ready for market, has been weighed and has been delivered to the processor.*
  • We will then invoice you for the balance of your order, based on the weight of your animal.
  • The meat is then aged at the processor for a minimum of 10 days before cutting. During that time you will be able to contact the processor to provide cutting specifications. 
  • After cut, wrap and freeze, you will need to arrange pickup with the processor. 
  • When picking up your order, you will pay the processing fee directly to the butcher.

Large Orders of Ground Beef
If we haven't already discussed a special delivery/pickup solution for your order, we will be reaching out to you shortly to make arrangements. If you do not have special instructions, you can easily pick up your product at Arndt Farms by appointment. We will contact you shortly to schedule pickup.
Small Orders of Beef
We do not currently ship or deliver small orders of beef–but you can easily pick up your product at Arndt Farms by appointment. We will contact you shortly to schedule pickup.
